Glazing and security specification
Our bifolds come fitted with LowE toughened double glazing as standard, delivering U-Values around 1.4 U and reduced heating bills. A 5-point locking system, Secure by Design hardware and optional 3-star Ultion cylinders meet PAS 24 standards, keeping intruders out and giving installers peace of mind.

Every bifold is bespoke manufactured to your sizes, with engineering grade stainless steel rollers, high performance weather seals and toughened LowE glass sourced from trusted UK suppliers. Frames are powder coated to marine grade for long-term durability in all conditions.
Security is built in from the ground up. A 5-point locking system, Secure by Design hardware and 3-star door barrels protect against intruders, with PAS 24 certification available. Handles come in anthracite, black, white, chrome or satin aluminium to suit any project.

Contact UsWe manufacture bifold doors in aluminium predominantly. The JA-48 system delivers slimmer sightlines than uPVC equivalents, so aluminium is the right choice to get the most out of bifolds.
We hold considerable stock of standard colours, so glazed JA-48 bifolds can be delivered in as little as two weeks from order.
We offer free delivery across Leeds and supply trade customers throughout Yorkshire, including Harrogate, York, Sheffield and Selby. Orders outside our core region are accepted, just get in touch.

Our Process
Initial quote
Send us your sizes online or over the phone. We turn most trade quotes around within 24 hours, and there is no obligation to proceed.
Conversation
We talk through the priorities for you or your client, be it design, thermal performance, security, colour finish, glazing, or locking.
Manufacturing
We manufacture in-house at our Morley facility using Eurocell uPVC profiles, DoorCo composite slabs and Alunet aluminium systems. Typical lead time is two weeks.
Bespoke build, testing and supply
Every frame is made to your exact sizes and quality-checked before despatch. Supply only as standard, full installation available on request.
