Q: Where are your composite doors manufactured?

We fabricate every composite door from our Morley workshop in Leeds, using DoorCo slabs. This gives us full control over quality and lead times for trade customers across Yorkshire.

Q: What U-Values can the doors achieve?

Standard foam-cored composite doors achieve around 1.4 W/m²K, while premium GRiPCORE hybrid options reach approximately 0.9 W/m²K, meeting current and future UK building regulations for thermal efficiency.

Q: Are the doors PAS 24 compliant?

Yes. Our composite doors are PAS 24 tested and Approved Document Q ready, fitted with multi-point locking systems, three-star cylinder barrels and reinforced hinges as standard for complete peace of mind.

Q: Can I specify a back door as well?

Absolutely. We supply composite front doors, back doors and side entrances in the same range of cores, colours and glass designs, so the property can be matched throughout.

Q: Do you deliver outside Leeds?

Yes. Our core area is Leeds with free delivery locally, but we regularly supply trade customers in Harrogate, Selby and surrounding areas. Orders are also accepted from further afield across the UK.

Trade-ready composite front doors

Our composite doors are fabricated using DoorCo slabs, recognised across the UK for their strength, thermal efficiency and low maintenance GRP outer skin. Each door is built to the highest standards using premium materials sourced through our trusted supply chain.

We supply trade customers with composite doors specified to match the job, whether that's a new front door for a residential refurbishment or a back door for a new build. Lead times are typically two weeks.

Variety of core options

Specify foam, solid timber core or DoorCo's hybrid GRiPCORE construction depending on budget, weight, rigidity and thermal performance requirements.

GRP outer skin

A tough Glass Reinforced Plastic skin delivers a highly durable, weather-resistant finish with no varnishing or repainting required over time.

Strong compliance

PAS 24 tested and Approved Document Q ready, suitable for new build and replacement installations across the UK.

GRiPCORE hybrid construction available

PIR foam, HDF plywood and aluminium layers combine to reduce warping and thermal movement, giving a rigid, high performance slab. Foam and timber cores also available.

Glazing and security specifications

Composite doors are available with double or triple glazed units, and a wide range of decorative glass designs from traditional bevelled patterns through to contemporary etched options. Every door is fitted with Secured by Design locks and three-star cylinder barrels as standard.

Colours and finishes

Choose from Anthracite Grey, Chartwell Green, Agate Grey, Duck Egg Blue, Black and White as standard. Woodgrain finishes including Golden Oak and Rosewood are available, alongside smooth contemporary options and the full RAL range should you prefer.

How our composite doors are built

The outer skin is tough GRP, chosen for its weather resistance, colour stability and low maintenance finish. It resists scuffs, fading and impact, removing the need for repainting or varnishing across the lifespan of the door.

Beneath the skin sit reinforcement and core layers. You can choose a foam core for a lower price and energy efficiency, a solid timber option for a heavier premium feel with leading security, or the GRiPCORE. This option combines PIR foam, plywood and aluminium for maximum rigidity and thermal efficiency.

Our Process

Initial quote

Send us your sizes online or over the phone. We turn most trade quotes around within 24 hours, and there is no obligation to proceed.

Conversation

We talk through the priorities for you or your client, be it design, thermal performance, security, colour finish, glazing, or locking.

Manufacturing

We manufacture in-house at our Morley facility using Eurocell uPVC profiles, DoorCo composite slabs and Alunet aluminium systems. Typical lead time is two weeks.

Bespoke build, testing and supply

Every frame is made to your exact sizes and quality-checked before despatch. Supply only as standard, full installation available on request.
